Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an Administrative and Financial Support professional to assist the project management team in Singapore. You will help prepare project documentation, manage commitments, process invoices and payment applications, and perform financial reconciliations throughout the project lifecycle.

This entry-level to junior role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with consultants and vendors, and adherence to company procedures while delivering reliable project administration

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills including percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

  • Process project commitment documentation and obtain external quotations as required.
  • Coordinate change orders, change directives, and change notices with consultants and vendors.
  • Schedule project-related meetings and manage communications between project teams and clients.
  • Support contract administration activities, including tender openings, recording results, and issuing acceptance or regret letters.
  • Enter and maintain project information and data within project management systems and tools.
  • Process invoices and payment applications, and assist with project administration tasks.
  • Support project closeout activities, including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.
  • Resolve straightforward issues using established procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform tasks within clearly defined responsibilities, methods, and processes.
  • Deliver work outputs by following standard procedures under close supervision and guidance.
