Job summary

PAND Design is seeking a Project Executive to support corporate office fit-out projects, coordinating with teams and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality completion, while working full-time on-site.

You'll collaborate with the Project Manager, align design and project efforts, monitor progress against deadlines and budgets, and manage on-site contractors to deliver project components to the required standards and handover readiness.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a Project Executive in Design & Build or similar.
• Experience in corporate office fit-out projects, including new builds and renovations with MEP knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; MS Project familiarity is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to interact with subcontractors and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project demands.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Project Executive in Design & Build or similar environment
• Experience in corporate office fit-out projects, including new builds and renovations, with knowledge of MEP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with MS Project is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with subcontractors and team members
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to dynamic project demands
• Willingness to work full-time on-site
• Training will be provided
