Job summary

ID Integrated in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end interior fit-out and architectural construction projects from planning through completion.

The role requires coordinating designers, subcontractors and clients, managing schedules, budgets, and risk, while ensuring safety and quality across site activities and documentation. You will bring a minimum 3 years of interior fit-out experience and proficiency with construction processes and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects for commercial and corporate office sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and technical details relevant to interior and architectural projects.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and site workers to facilitate project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior and architectural construction projects end-to-end, from pre-contract to post-handover stages, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies to achieve timely and cost-effective project completion
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinating resources and priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of project tasks
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies during site activities
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, and progress reports to track milestones and inform stakeholders
• Lead site and coordination meetings to define scope of work, establish timelines, and clarify contractor requirements for seamless project execution
• Collaborate with internal designers, sales teams, vendors, and project teams to facilitate smooth pre-site preparation and on-site operations
• Manage contracts, variations, and cost control measures to maintain budget integrity throughout project lifecycle
• Assist in preparing tender documentation, pricing proposals, and client development initiatives as needed
• Ensure quality workmanship by proactively resolving project issues and aligning deliverables with client expectations
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams to foster professional growth and high performance
• Operate independently across project management, site supervision, and stakeholder engagement functions to drive project success

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and site workers to facilitate project coordination
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform effectively under tight deadlines
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of design software and AutoCAD is an added advantage
