Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Project Executive (Office Fitouts) to join our team in a full-time capacity, based in the Paya Lebar East Region. You will oversee fitout projects from concept through to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality while maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

You will coordinate planning, scheduling, budgeting, site inspections and documentation, and work with architects, engineers

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, PM, Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years in project coordination/PM in office fitout or construction.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PM software; ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of office fitout projects from planning to completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and expectations.
• Monitor progress, timelines and budgets; prepare reports.

About the role

We are seeking a Project Executive (Office Fitouts) to join a premium product Company in a full-time capacity, based in the Paya Lebar East Region. This is a strategic position within our Project Management division, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating office fitout projects from conception through to completion. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of office fitout projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, specifications, and expectations

• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines and budgetary constraints

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution

• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure work meets agreed standards

• Manage project costs and variations, raising change orders as necessary

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders through regular updates and meetings

• Support the Project Management team with administrative and operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within the office fitout or construction industry

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Sound understanding of construction processes, building codes, and health and safety regulations

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents

• Proactive problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of cost estimation and budget management is advantageous

• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or construction-related qualifications are preferred
