Job summary

VANGUARD INTERIORS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Project Executive to support the interior design and construction team across luxury, commercial, or residential projects. You will assist with planning, coordination, and on-site activities.

Responsibilities include AutoCAD planning, colour confirmation, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to keep Master programmes on track. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any industry.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Prepare plan drawing and 3D drawing using AutoCAD.
• Colour-scheme confirmation.
• Tick off quantity of layouts.
• Placing order for projects.
• Prepare handover material/checklist for handover.
• Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors.
• Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing.
• Attend site and coordination meeting.
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
