Job summary

Pand Design Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Executive to support design & build office fit-out projects. This role requires coordinating with the Project Manager and design teams, managing on-site activities, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.

You will oversee contractors on-site, monitor progress, and ensure smooth handover while working full-time at the job site. Training will be provided and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year experience as a Project Executive in Design & Build or similar environment.
• Experience in corporate office fit-out projects, including new builds and renovations, with knowledge of MEP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with MS Project is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with subcontractors and team members.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to dynamic project demands.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to execute assigned project tasks effectively
• Coordinate communication and activities between project and design teams to ensure alignment
• Monitor project progress to meet deadlines, budget, quality standards, and ensure smooth handover
• Manage contractors on-site to ensure timely and quality delivery of project components
• Work full-time at the job site to oversee daily operations and resolve issues promptly
