Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive project coordinator to support workplace and commercial fit-out projects from planning through completion. You will work with project managers and teams across Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial and Corporate environments.

You will assist in coordinating vendors, consultants, contractors, landlords, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budgets, while maintaining documentation, schedules, and progress

Qualifications

• Prior exposure within project coordination, project delivery, facilities, construction, fit-out, consultancy, or contractor environments
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams
• Bring a structured and organized approach to work
• Comfortable supporting multiple concurrent activities and deadlines
• Demonstrate adaptability within operational project environments
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field and/or experience within project coordination, construction, facilities, design, interiors, or built-environment related environments
• Experience supporting workplace, commercial office fit-out, refurbishment, or operational projects would be beneficial
• Exposure to project coordination, stakeholder management, procurement support, reporting, or contractor coordination is valuable
• Organized approach, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
