Job summary

S-TEAM SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to plan, control, and supervise interior fit-out projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

The role requires hands-on site supervision, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Interest in interior design and furniture industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out.
• Higher NITEC / Diploma holders or candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in Construction / Interior Design / Furniture Industry is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to start work on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Plan/Control/Monitor/Manage resources to meet project objectives.
• Document all changes to specifications, scopes, and drawings.
• Efficient management of resources and materials.
• Supervise project sites, attend meetings, coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants and clients.
• Assist in resolving issues during project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams for project delivery.
• Manage material usage to prevent wastage and overstocking.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
