Job summary

Redwood Interior Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support corporate office fit-out projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate schedules, procurement, production, deliveries and site installation, while liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

You should be adept at reading technical drawings, managing documentation, ensuring quality and safety, and helping with shop drawings and progress claims.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in corporate office fit-out, commercial interiors or construction project coordination.
• Good understanding of interior fit-out works, materials, construction methods and site installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Familiarity with site coordination, quality control and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating corporate office fit-out projects from planning through completion and handover.
• Coordinate project schedules, procurement, production, material deliveries and site installation activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams on project and site matters.
• Assist with shop drawings, material submissions and other technical documentation.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, installation quality and safety compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure works meet project requirements.
• Coordinate defect rectification, project handover and maintain relevant project documentation.
• Support progress claims, variation orders (VOs) and other project-related activities.
