Job summary

JLL Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of complex projects in manufacturing and commercial sectors. You will manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors, prepare reports for PCG meetings, and apply JLL standards and tools such as Ingenious Build and Project Toolkit to maximise value.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management discipline.
• Three years’ experience or a combination of education and experience in project management.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly project deliverables are completed.
• Maintain project budget and forecast expenditure.
• Lead PCG meetings and prepare reports.
• Maintain risk register and contract administration.
• Utilise JLL tools (Ingenious Build, Jaggaer, Project Toolkit).
• Oversee project close-out and financial close-out.
