Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project delivery for workplace and commercial fit-out projects, from planning through completion.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, coordinate scheduling, procurement, and reporting, and assist with stakeholder meetings while ensuring timelines and budgets are met. A collaborative, organized approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field and/or experience in project coordination, facilities, design, interiors or built-environment related environments.
• Experience supporting workplace, commercial office fit-out, refurbishment, or operational projects is beneficial.
• Exposure to project coordination, stakeholder management, procurement support, reporting or contractor coordination is valuable.
• Business-aware, detail-oriented and able to learn quickly in a dynamic project environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery alongside Project Managers and project teams from planning through completion.
• Coordinate scheduling, reporting, procurement coordination, and progress monitoring.
• Assist with stakeholder meetings, updates, and project documentation.

Assistant Project Manager Project & Development Services

What this job involves:

Supporting project delivery You will work alongside Project Managers and project teams to support the successful delivery of workplace and commercial fit-out projects from planning through completion. Projects may vary in scale, complexity, and stakeholder requirements across Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial, and Corporate Workplace environments. You will be exposed to project coordination activities across fit-outs, refurbishments, reinstatement works, and operational project environments.

Coordinating multiple project activities

• Supporting project scheduling and reporting activities
• Assisting with tender and procurement coordination
• Monitoring project progress and documentation
• Supporting stakeholder meetings and project updates
• Assisting with project administration and coordination activities
• Supporting project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
