Job summary

Idbox (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage commercial interior fit-out projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate project activities, monitor site progress, and work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel overseas

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Singapore commercial interior fit-out projects (Office, Retail & F&B).
• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
• Able to independently manage projects from inception to completion; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction/site works.
• Attend client, consultant, and project coordination meetings.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate project drawings, submissions, and approvals.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Manage project documentation and client handovers.
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
