Job summary

UNITYCRAFT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is looking for a fresh graduate to join our project team in Singapore as an Architectural Coordinator. The role focuses on coordinating architectural works, planning daily activities, and ensuring quality against specifications.

You will collaborate with project managers, staff, consultants, and clients, attend external meetings, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep progress on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Building Construction or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Plan daily activities and organize inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Prepare weekly site progress reports and highlight challenges.
• Facilitate communication among project managers, staff, consultants and clients.
• Attend external meetings and collaborate with consultants on technical matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Architectural Works: Manage and oversee all architectural works, ensuring compliance with approved specifications and procedures.


• Daily Planning & Inspections: Organize daily activities and arrange inspections to monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.


• Weekly Reporting: Prepare and present weekly reports to management regarding site progress and any challenges encountered.


• Communication & Coordination: Facilitate communication among project managers, staff, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless operations.


• External Meetings: Attend external project meetings and collaborate with consultants on technical and coordination matters.


• Subcontractor Collaboration: Work closely with subcontractors to track project progress and ensure that all work is completed on schedule.
