Job summary

Grandtech Construction is seeking a Site Architect/Coordinator to oversee all architectural works on residential construction sites in Singapore. The role requires coordinating the works of subcontractors, liaising with residents, authorities, and consultants, and ensuring progress aligns with project schedules.

You will report to the Project Manager and ensure strict adherence to safety procedures while addressing on-site engineering challenges and inspections as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years local experience in residential building projects.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work.
• Coordinate and oversee all architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors.
• Coordinate inspections by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
• Plan, program and monitor project progress on site.
• Liaise with client representatives, authorities and consultants.
• Ensure site safety and enforce safe work procedures to control risk.

• Diploma / Degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 year of local working experience in residential building projects
