Job summary

P & T CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Architect Coordinator to oversee and coordinate architectural works on construction sites, ensuring alignment with approved designs and project requirements.

You will work closely with the project team, consultants, and clients to schedule, communicate, and execute architectural activities. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Architecture and 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination, with solid knowledge

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate architectural works and installation activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with approved designs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project team and stakeholders to ensure scheduling, communication, and execution of architectural works.
• Develop and coordinate architectural drawings, details, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the key on-site contact for architectural matters and resolve technical issues with relevant parties.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and management to align architectural works with project objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Identify and follow up on site issues, design coordination matters to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain records and documentation relating to architectural coordination, site progress, and project matters.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, project team members, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrate leadership, organisational, and communication skills to coordinate architectural works and project requirements.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager, Project Director, or management.
