Job summary

Care Corner in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager/Manager to lead the AAYS Programme. You will plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the AAYS Scheme, ensuring operational readiness and delivering high-quality services.

You will develop strategic work plans, KPIs, manage budgets and oversee system tools (CAS Web/Mobile App, Volunteer Management System) while coordinating with government and community partners to ensure sustainability and impact.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in programme management, volunteer management or related fields.
• Experience in leading and supervising teams for at least 3 years.
• Ability to contribute as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong programme and operational management skills with budgets, governance and risk management experience.
• Experience engaging with government, corporate and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the AAYS Scheme.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery with high standards.
• Develop programme strategies, work plans and KPIs aligned with goals.
• Oversee budgets, procurement and financial reporting for prudent stewardship.
• Manage the Call Activation System (CAS) Web/Mobile App and Volunteer Management System.
• Lead audits, governance reviews and risk management for compliance.
• Collaborate with government agencies, law enforcement and partners for sustainability.
• Strengthen volunteer management and engagement across the organisation.
• Monitor performance data to inform decisions and strategic planning.
