Care Corner Singapore Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Assistant Manager (AAYS Programme Lead). You will orchestrate the planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of the AAYS Scheme, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality service delivery to stakeholders.

You will also lead volunteer management efforts, engage with government and community partners, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance programme impact and sustainability.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in programme management or volunteer management.
• Minimum 3 years leading and supervising teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across government, corporate and community sectors.
• Proven ability to coach staff and monitor performance.
• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the AAYS Scheme.
• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and high service standards.
• Develop strategies, annual work plans and KPIs aligned with goals.
• Oversee budgets, procurement and financial reporting.
• Administer CAS web/app and Volunteer Management System enhancements.
• Lead audits, governance reviews and risk management.
• Collaborate with government, law enforcement and partners for delivery and sustainability.
• Strengthen organisation-wide volunteer management and engagement initiatives.
• Drive partnerships and engagement opportunities to boost community impact.
