Job summary

GovTech Singapore seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead Continuing Education & Training (CET) programmes, collaborating with internal schools, industry partners, and clients to deliver high-quality programmes and operational excellence.

You will manage end-to-end administration of short courses and customised programmes, coordinating with sponsors, funding agencies, trainers, and participants while ensuring learner satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Business Administration, Education, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to manage multiple programmes and clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and working with external partners or vendors.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving in programme administration and funding matters (e.g., SkillsFuture).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and internal academic units.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and learner satisfaction for CET programmes.
• Manage end-to-end administration of short courses and customised programmes.
• Liaise with sponsors, funding agencies, trainers, and participants on programme matters.
• Track attendance, assessments, and compliance; handle financial reconciliation and timely payments.
