Responsibilities

• Programme Management: build relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and internal schools/departments; ensure high-quality delivery and learner satisfaction; manage end-to-end administration of short courses and customised programmes; liaise with sponsors, funders, trainers, partners, and participants; respond to enquiries with a client-centric approach; update website and communications.
