Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in CET programme management or similar.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to work with multiple programmes and clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships with external partners/vendors.
• Detail-oriented with experience handling programme administration and funding matters.

Responsibilities

• Programme Management: build relationships with corporate clients, industry partners and internal schools.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and learner satisfaction.
• Oversee end-to-end administration of short courses and customised programmes.
• Liaise with sponsoring companies, funding agencies and participants on programme matters.
• Respond to enquiries with a client-centric mindset and keep information up to date.
