Job summary

Sapsf is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale Transition and Transformation initiatives across Infrastructure and Applications in Singapore. You will oversee multi-workstream programs, manage budgets and risks, and report to CXO-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and business objectives.

The role requires strong delivery leadership, executive engagement, and commercial awareness across global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large, multi-workstream programs across complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with CXO-level leadership.
• Experience delivering Transition and Transformation initiatives in IT services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Transition and Transformation programs across Infrastructure and Applications.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, milestones, and benefits realization.
• Provide program reporting and strategic recommendations to executive sponsors.
• Mentor Project Managers and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Drive service transitions, modernization, cloud programs and migrations to operational readiness.
