Job summary

InfraSoft Technologies PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives within commitments. You will coordinate with business lines, product owners, security, and compliance teams to ensure timely planning, estimation, and successful implementation across multi-system features.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and proven skill in governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Regulatory and Tax Reporting with experience in Tax Regulatory, CRS, FATCA, IRS871m.
• Experience with Corporate Actions and Securities.
• Familiarity with market data providers (SIX, WmDaten and similar).
• Experience with reporting systems (SECTRAS, EasyTax, FiTax or similar).
• Basic knowledge of core banking systems (Olympic, TRANSACT).
• Front Office tools knowledge (AAA ordering Tools, Client Management Tools).
• Excellent communication, able to lead Steering Committees and engage with end users and stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong project planning, budgeting/estimations and negotiations/arbitrations.
• Understanding of project lifecycle and functional/technical specifications.
• Analytical, able to investigate, troubleshoot and root-cause issues.
• Ability to collaborate and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of program objectives per business commitments.
• Facilitate committees and work with the project team to deliver deliverables, estimations, and planning.
• Prepare, consolidate, and validate estimates and schedules throughout the project.
• Maintain project cost with minimal drift; challenge needs and provide optimum solutions within budget.
• Plan resourcing and capacity based on project needs.
• Create partnership with product owners, stakeholders, and transversal teams (security, solution architects, compliance).
• Assist in gathering high-level business requirements from end users and manage GFS.
• Walkthrough GFS to BAs who translate it into DFS.
• Perform analysis with squad BAs and other applications squads when multi-system features are involved.
• Work with BA and testing team to review SIT strategy, test cases and results.
• Support UAT with users and BAs; reproduce issues and coordinate fixes.
• Vendor management with tracking maintenance costs, budgets, and offers.
• Ensure coherence of tasks and commitments based on release and functionality.
• Understand impediments and help remove blockers.
• Recognizes complex issues and recommends solutions.
• Assist stakeholders in diagnosing problems and identifying alternatives.
• Contributes to WMIS governance, Secure Agile or SDLC frameworks.
• Provide regular updates to Division Manager/Domain Heads.
• Manage release planning and management of deliveries; ensure transparency and adapt plans.
