Job summary

Chain IQ in Singapore seeks a Transition & Transformation Manager to lead multi-country procurement programs across APAC from our Singapore office. You will own mobilization, planning, execution, stabilization, and transformation of client engagements, ensuring seamless transitions and measurable value.

The role demands strong leadership of cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, and navigation of diverse regulatory and cultural environments, delivering efficiency and cost improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex transition and transformation programs.
• University degree; PMP/Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of transition and transformation programs across APAC.
• Develop transition plans covering people, processes, systems and governance.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs and contractual obligations during transition phases.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and third-party providers for knowledge transfer.
• Manage change and transformation initiatives, driving adoption of new processes.
• Identify and deliver cost savings, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation.
