Job summary

NCS is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects in Singapore, ensuring scope, time, and budget compliance.

You will coordinate IT infrastructure components, vendor contracts, risk management, and transition to operations, working with cross-functional teams and government-regulated standards.

A PMP/CITPM certification and Singapore public sector project experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience managing public sector projects in Singapore.
• Active PMP or CITPM certification required.
• Knowledge of WAN/LAN/Voice/Video services and cabling.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, deliver and maintain projects within time, scope, and cost.
• Plan schedules, quality plans, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Manage scope definition disputes impacting schedule and cost.
• Oversee hardware, software installation, testing, migration and data conversion.
• Manage project financials and forecast costs accurately.
• Ensure smooth transition to operation per customer requirements.
• Collaborate with IT operations, engineers and vendors for project success.
• Oversee risk, scope, and alignment with network objectives.
