Job summary

INFRASOFT TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD seeks an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end program objectives and drive delivery across cross-functional teams in Singapore. You will lead committees, coordinate estimations, plans, and ensure adherence to budget and capacity constraints.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex multi-system features with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, able to spearhead Steering Committees and engage with end users and stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent knowledge on project planning, budgeting/estimations and conducting negotiations/arbitrations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for achieving program/project objectives per business commitments.
• Facilitate committees and work with project team to deliver deliverables, prioritize work, estimate, and plan.
• Prepare, consolidate, and validate estimates and schedules across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project cost with minimal drift and propose best optimum solutions within budget and capacity.
• Plan resourcing and capacity based on project needs.
• Interact with product owners, stakeholders, and transversal teams (security, solution architects, compliance).
• Assist the team in gathering high-level business requirements and manage GFS; walk through to BAs for DFS translation.
• Collaborate with BAs and testing squads to review SIT strategy, test cases and results for delivery quality.
• Support UAT with users and BAs; reproduce issues and coordinate fixes.
• Vendor management including tracking maintenance costs, budgets, and offers.
• Ensure alignment of tasks with release scope and overall product functionality; adapt plans as needed.
• Identify blockers and help the team remove impediments; propose solutions.
• Contribute to WMIS governance, Secure Agile or SDLC frameworks; provide updates to Division Manager/Domain Heads.
• Manage release planning and delivery governance; drive transparency.
• Lead Global Program/Project Steering committee with senior management.
