Qualifications

• 12 years of Project/Program Management experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale Transition and Transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud, Network, Cyber Security, Data Center, Digital Workplace, and IT Service Management.
• Experience managing application transformation, ERP/non-ERP platforms, and SDLC initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transition and transformation programs from initiation to closure.
• Engage with senior leadership and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies and vendors.
• Drive cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, and application modernization initiatives.

The role is responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery, managing stakeholders, governance, budgets, risks, and ensuring successful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud transformation, application modernization, service transitions, and enterprise IT program management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex transition and transformation programs from initiation to closure.
• Manage program scope, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Engage with senior leadership and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and vendors.
• Drive cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, application modernization, and operational readiness initiatives.
• Establish program governance, reporting, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Support solution development, client workshops, RFP/RFI responses, and transition planning.
• Promote Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies while leveraging AI-enabled project management practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 12 years of Project/Program Management experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale Transition and Transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud, Network, Cyber Security, Data Center, Digital Workplace, and IT Service Management.
• Experience managing application transformation, ERP/non-ERP platforms, and SDLC initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP Certification, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, ITIL, or Cloud Certifications.
