Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore seeks a Global APAC Transition Lead to manage and drive multiple transition and transformation programs across markets, from strategy through to service deployment and steady-state operations.

You will lead project teams, define protocols, manage budgets, review contracts, and ensure smooth handovers with strong stakeholder communication and change-management discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project/ program management with leadership of people, process and resources
• BA/BSc degree required, MBA/advanced degree desirable
• Strong communication and presentation skills; effective stakeholder management
• PROSCI certification desired but not required
• Technically proficient with commonly used business software and applications

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful execution of multiple transition and transformation projects across Global Occupier Services accounts
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the Transition and Transformation Platform objectives
• Design, develop, and manage transition and transformation protocols, processes, and outcomes
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience during the transition process
• Track and manage the transition budget and financial accountability
• Assist in contract review and abstract preparation to support project execution
• Lead transition initiatives and drive progress toward milestones
• Organize and lead governance meetings with clients and internal teams
• Manage interdependencies across service lines and mitigate risks
• Guide Go-Live activities and handover to account teams
• Define success criteria and monitor program performance
• Ensure quality outputs and ongoing alignment with business objectives
