Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced technology programme manager to lead and deliver a complex, global transition across multiple workstreams. The role requires coordinating governance, planning and stakeholder engagement across discovery, migration and stabilisation phases.

The candidate will drive readiness, manage budgets and dependencies, and report to senior leadership on risks, milestones and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology project or programme management.
• Experience delivering complex, global, multi-workstream programmes.
• Proven delivery of at least one complex transition involving merger, acquisition or divestment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of a complex, multi-workstream technology transition programme with clear scope, milestones, and governance.
• Own and maintain the integrated project plan across discovery, build, testing, migration, activation, stabilisation and closure.
• Manage programme governance, status reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and actions.
