Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementation, transformation, or enhancement projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Program and Project Management in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of scope management, estimation, planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of SAP projects and programs within budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, governance, and delivery strategies with stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies, and risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with clear, proactive communication and timely issue escalation.
• Monitor performance using key metrics and reporting frameworks to improve delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to resolve challenges and ensure project success.
• Lead risk, issue, and change management with effective mitigation plans.
• Mentor project team members to foster a high-performance culture focused on quality.
