Program Manager, Global Building Infrastructure Protection Services

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
• Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in managing technology projects from evaluation to design and execution.
• 2 years of experience as a people manager leading and motivating a virtual or global team.
• Experience with security systems, infrastructure projects, deployment management, program and people management.
• Excellent communication skills in interacting with various technical and non-technical groups at director level to drive business outcomes.

• Manage a global team of security systems consultants, project managers, security systems installers.
• Implement a variety of security technologies, utilizing industry and Google recommended practices, hardware/software, or risk frameworks.
• Manage the purchase order process, invoice approval, forecasting and budgeting.
• Be a cross‑functional leader, achieve project goals and deliverables. Generate the ideas required to solve a problem.
• Manage programs, identify and implement process improvements for the organization, and exercise business and technical understanding to drive the organization’s long‑term objectives.
