Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Program Manager / Senior Engineer (Automation) to drive sales and program management for multi-million dollar automation projects in Singapore. You will lead RFQ processes, deliver compelling product presentations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet quality and cost goals while expanding the customer base.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics and 2–3 years of local/overseas sales account management experience

Qualifications

Program Manager / Senior Engineer (Automation)- Those with project management and some sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the sales & program management of multi- million dollars automation equipment business and providing excellent customers fulfilment, meeting quality and cost goals.

• To provide Sales Projection and Forecast
• Identify business opportunities to expand customer base
• Identify and develop potential customer to increase market share and sales revenue.
• Conducts sales calls, prepares and performs product presentations and RFQ process.
• To formalize the quotation, submission to customer and follow up.
• Develop a sales strategy plan for business expansion and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects
• To provide leadership and organization skills in coordinating activities of various teams.
• Maintain the effective communications and coordination with customers and within the company
• To establish rapport, relationships with customers and providing excellent customers management services
• To maintain constant communication and liaison with customers on future projects

Requirements:-

• Degree/Diplomas in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 to 3 years in managing and developing local/oversea Sales accounts in the Automation, Semiconductor or Consumer Electronic industries.
• Relevant technical experience in manufacturing process, automation & semiconductor industries an added advantage.
