Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Program Manager / Senior Engineer (Automation) to drive sales and program management for multi-million dollar automation projects in Singapore. You will lead RFQ processes, deliver compelling product presentations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet quality and cost goals while expanding the customer base.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics and 2–3 years of local/overseas sales account management experience

Qualifications

You will oversee sales projection and forecast for automation equipment projects.
You will identify business opportunities and expand the customer base.
You will lead RFQ processes, product presentations and quotations.
You will coordinate activities across multiple teams to meet quality and cost goals.

Responsibilities

Provide sales projection and forecast for multi-million dollar automation projects.
Identify and develop potential customers to increase market share and revenue.
Conduct sales calls, prepare product presentations, and manage RFQ submissions.
Formalize quotations and follow up with customers to win orders.
Develop sales strategy and represent the company at industry events to build relationships.
Provide leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth communications with customers.
