Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, IT, Engineering, BIS or related field.
• 7+ years in Program/Project Management or Engineering Management.
• Experience managing enterprise technology programs incl. software, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure or automation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong PM skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder and risk management, delivery governance.
• Solid SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, test/infra automation knowledge and modern engineering practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management across multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of automation programs on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, infrastructure, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and priorities.
• Drive adoption of automation solutions across software development, infrastructure, testing, deployment and operations.
• Track milestones, budgets, resources, risks and KPIs; provide regular leadership updates.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with technical knowledge of automation technologies to drive operational efficiency, standardization, and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering Management, Technical Delivery, or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing enterprise technology programs involving software engineering, cloud platforms, DevOps, infrastructure, or automation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong program and project management experience, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, infrastructure automation, and modern engineering practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating technical and business teams across multiple workstreams.
