You will partner with multiple tech groups to drive incidents, RCA, observability, and AI enablement, shaping the end‑to‑end client journey and operational excellence.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration, manage risk, and build strategic dashboards with Grafana, Prometheus, and related tools.
Qualifications
- Senior‑level experience in apps support and production systems management.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in large, high availability environments.
- Strong knowledge of observing and monitoring tooling.
Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple technology teams to integrate functions and drive system enhancements.
- Provide expert guidance in apps support and operations.
- Define system scope and objectives for complex enhancements and document requirements.
- Lead L2 Production Support for mission‑critical apps and ensure 24/7 availability.
- Drive incident management, rapid triage, and timely restoration.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
- Build partnerships with engineering, architecture, infra and business teams.
- Foster a service‑oriented culture under pressure.
- Design strategic observability dashboards using SLIs/SLOs/KPIs.
- Troubleshoot telemetry across on‑prem, ECS, Kubernetes, and cloud.
- Embed observability and SRE practices into SDLC.
- Identify AI use cases for automation and Citi AI solutions.
- Collaborate to drive AI adoption and reduce manual work.
