You will plan production schedules, allocate manpower and resources, lead teams to meet productivity and quality targets, monitor costs, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction-related production with supervisory or management duties.
• Experience in solid surface, fabrication, or interior fit-out industries is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage for coordinating with Chinese-speaking workers and suppliers.
