Job summary

Pryon International is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations in Singapore. You will manage production workers, monitor progress, and ensure quality control and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities include planning production schedules, maintaining equipment, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating with Project and Operations teams to keep workflows smooth. Mandarin fluency is required for supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or construction-related production.
• Experience in solid surface fabrication or interior fit-out is advantageous.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, manpower planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Mandarin communication skills are required for coordination with Chinese-speaking workers and suppliers.
