Job summary

Copper-Joint is seeking a production management professional to oversee daily operations, coordinate field teams, and ensure smooth production processes. The role requires hands-on leadership and experience in manufacturing environments.

The candidate will monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and participate in new product introductions while ensuring adherence to quality standards and lean practices.

Qualifications

• Mechanical related major.
• Requires at least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with production, equipment and personnel arrangement.
• Received training on product knowledge, lean or ISO9001/IATF16949.

Responsibilities

• Confirm materials, equipment, personnel, and the workshop before starting work each day, and conduct a '5S' check after finishing work.
• Monitor production progress and adjust the arrangement as needed.
• Daily management and assessment of production staff.
• Arrange daily work of field team leader and technical personnel, handle special affairs in production.
• Participate in the early stage of new product introduction; provide timely guidance on field process issues.
• Complete tasks assigned by superiors and strictly implement.
