Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to assist in day-to-day factory operations in Singapore. You will work with management and production teams to ensure smooth production, effective manpower/material coordination, and adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.

The ideal candidate has strong carpentry and joinery knowledge, hands-on factory experience, and the ability to interpret shop drawings while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction, Carpentry, Interior Design, Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in factory or production operations.
• Experience in carpentry, joinery, interior fit-out or Design & Build preferred.
• Good knowledge of carpentry, joinery, materials and fabrication processes.
• Able to interpret shop/production drawings and communicate requirements clearly.
