Qualifications

• Good knowledge of furniture and interior drawings.
• Familiarity with interior design materials, architectural and interior trades.
• Strong knowledge of production machinery and techniques.
• Excellent time management and planning abilities.

• Supervise interior fit-out projects and custom furniture fabrication; resolve issues.
• Maintain factory cleanliness, equipment upkeep and safety compliance.
• Monitor workflows to ensure efficient production and on-time completion.
• Lead, train, and evaluate factory workers; manage warehouse stock and raw materials.

Job Summary

Lead and coordinate production and interior fit-out projects by planning materials and workforce, controlling costs, supervising quality, and managing logistics to ensure timely and efficient completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory activities, including materials, carpenters, painters, general workers, and transport.

• Supervise interior fit-out projects and custom furniture fabrication; resolve production issues across departments.

• Keep the factory clean, manage equipment maintenance, and enforce workplace safety.

• Monitor workflows to ensure efficient production, site installation, and on-time completion.

  Lead, train, and evaluate factory workers.

• Manage warehouse stock and raw materials

Required competencies and certifications

• Good knowledge of furniture and interior drawings
• Good knowledge of interior design materials, architectural, and interior trades
• Strong knowledge of production machinery and techniques
