• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing/fabrication/construction-related production experience with supervisory/management exposure.
• Experience in solid surface fabrication or interior fit-out is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, and quality control.

• Plan production schedules, manpower allocation, and resources to meet project deadlines.
• Lead and develop production teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Monitor production costs, material usage, wastage, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Project, Operations, and Management teams.
• Ensure production output meets technical specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee machinery maintenance and workplace safety compliance.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to Management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily factory operations, including cutting ,fabrication, polishing, and solid surface works.
• Plan production schedules, manpower allocation, and resources to meet project deadlines.
• Lead and develop production teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Monitor production costs, material usage, wastage, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Project, Operations, and Management teams.
• Ensure production output meets technical specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee machinery maintenance and workplace safety compliance.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction-related production, including supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in solid surface, fabrication, or interior fit-out industries is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, and quality control.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage for coordination with Chinese-speaking workers and suppliers.
