Pryon International in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales activities in the construction and fabrication sectors, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and existing clients.

You will manage a sales team, prepare quotations and proposals, oversee the sales pipeline and forecasts, coordinate with Production and Project teams to ensure timely delivery, and coach staff to exceed targets while

Qualificações

• 3+ years of sales leadership or management experience in B2B environments.
• Experience in construction materials, fabrication, or related industries is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing accounts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; able to coordinate with internal teams.

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales activities, develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the construction and fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities, projects, and customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and existing clients.
• Prepare and review quotations, proposals, tenders, and sales contracts.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasts, customer follow-ups, and order conversion.
• Coordinate with Production, Operations, and Project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor customer collections and work closely with Accounts on outstanding payments.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitors; report results to Management.
• Coach and motivate sales staff to improve performance and customer service.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, including team leadership or sales management experience.
• Experience in construction materials, fabrication, solid surface, interior fit-out, or related industries is an advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing business accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
• Able to prepare quotations, manage projects and coordinate with internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work independently and travel for client meetings when required.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage when liaising with Chinese-speaking business partners.
