Job summary

PRYON INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, manage production workers, ensure quality control, and deliver projects on time.

You will plan schedules, monitor progress, supervise staff, maintain equipment, and enforce safety standards. Mandarin is required for coordinating with Chinese-speaking workers and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction-related production.
• Experience in solid surface, fabrication, or interior fit-out industries will be an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, manpower planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Mandarin communication skills are required for coordination with Chinese-speaking workers and suppliers.
