Job summary

Tate Projects Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory activities, coordinate schedules, and allocate resources to meet project delivery timelines while ensuring work complies with drawings, specs and quality requirements.

The candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in a Production Supervisor role; carpentry knowledge is preferred. On-site leadership will drive safe, efficient production and timely completion of targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Production Supervisor position.
• Carpentry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Coordinate production schedules based on project requirements and delivery timelines
• Monitor production progress and ensure completion of works according to planned targets
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet production demands
• Ensure all production works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
• Monitor the condition and utilization of production equipment and machinery
• Coordinate equipment maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions
