TRANSPAK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Executive to oversee day-to-day administrative functions and support management in optimizing efficiency across the production floor.

You will coordinate with production staff, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, monitor performance, and drive improvements while maintaining safety and timely delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with production supervisors, operators, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company procedures, work instructions, and quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to optimize production output.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and proper use of equipment within the production area.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production operations.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Team to ensure all Sales Orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with Production Team to ensure in-house production orders/jobs are produced & delivered on time in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closely with overseas counterpart to ensure essential production support is promptly to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor daily operations and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues and bottlenecks

Job Summary:

Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

• Good knowledge of production processes and machinery
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and documentation
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
