Job summary

TRANSPAK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Executive to oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth production operations on the floor. You will support management in boosting efficiency while maintaining high quality and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

The role requires organizing multiple tasks, guiding staff, and coordinating with Quality, Engineering and Warehouse to meet on-time delivery targets from Singapore operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in production/manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and machinery.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure activities comply with procedures, work instructions and ISO 9001.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize use of manpower, machines and materials.
• Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Warehouse.
• Ensure Sales Orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.

Job Summary

The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth production operations, and supporting management in optimizing organizational efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production supervisors, operators, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company procedures, work instructions, and quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to optimize production output.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and proper use of equipment within the production area.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production operations.
• Coordinate/Work with Customer Service Team to ensure all Sales Orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with Production Team to ensure in-house production orders/jobs are produced & delivered on time in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closely with oversea counterpart to ensure essential production support is promptly to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor daily operations and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and documentation
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
