Job summary

Unearthed Productions in Singapore is hiring a Production Executive to coordinate end-to-end production and AV delivery from planning through on-site execution.

This full-time, on-site role requires hands-on experience delivering live events, strong project coordination and the ability to work evenings or weekends around event schedules. Applicants based in Malaysia or neighbouring countries may apply if they are prepared to work in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Scope client production requirements, prepare quotations and conduct post-event reviews.
• Coordinate contractors, venues and suppliers for AV, staging, fabrication and logistics.
• Maintain project schedules, production drawings, risk assessments and permits.
• Lead on-site setup, rehearsals, delivery and teardown with safety and quality.
• Track production budgets, equipment inventory, rentals and purchases.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues with the team during live events.

Unearthed Productions is a Singapore-based event production company delivering live events and brand experiences. We are hiring a Production Executive to coordinate end-to-end production and AV delivery from planning through on-site execution.

Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Singapore office, with work at event venues in Singapore as required. Applicants currently based in Malaysia and neighbouring countries are welcome to apply if they are prepared to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Scope client production and AV requirements, prepare quotations and conduct post-event reviews.
