is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and financial management of live events, corporate activations, and entertainment programs in Singapore. You will collaborate with clients, production crews, vendors, and venues, ensuring high production value, strict schedules, and safety compliance; strong leadership and crisis-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in event management, live entertainment production, or experiential marketing.
• Strong budgeting, vendor contract management, and on-site event execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership and crisis-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event planning for live events, exhibitions, and activations.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define deliverables and milestones.
• Assess risks and develop contingency plans for on-site operations.
• Create and monitor budgets; manage procurement with vendors.
• Supervise on-site teams during load-in, run of show, and teardown.
• Generate post-event reviews and financial reporting.
