Job summary

SS ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee the full cycle of live events from concept through teardown, ensuring top production standards, budget discipline, venue compliance, and smooth guest experience.

You will lead on-site execution, coordinate AV, staging, lighting, logistics, and security, secure permits, manage risk, and guide production crews to deliver high-quality experiences for corporate, public, and entertainment events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on event operations or live entertainment production experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale event logistics, venue setup/strike, and technical production teams.
• Strong familiarity with local venue regulations, statutory licensing, and WSH compliance in Singapore.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational planning and on-site execution for corporate, public, and live entertainment events.
• Source, negotiate with, and supervise vendors for AV, staging, lighting, logistics, ticketing, catering, and security.
• Secure venue approvals, police permits, SCDF fire safety clearances, and public entertainment licenses.
• Develop and implement crowd management plans, emergency response protocols, and WSH guidelines.
• Manage operational budgets, monitor run rates, allocate resources, and minimize wastage.
• Lead, train, and deploy production crews, staff, and freelance technicians.
• Manage inventory returns, venue handover inspections, vendor reconciliation, and post-mortem reports.
