About the job Executive Producer (Events)

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

This brand communications agency, with offices all over the world, is looking for an Executive Producer to join their growing office in Singapore. You'll be overseeing the delivery of experiential events for a number of exciting and well-known brands. You will also be involved in growing and then managing the Production team in Singapore.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the management,development and growth of the Production team
• Managing the delivery of product launches, press events, activations, festivals etc
• Producing RFPs and RFIs -guiding the development, timeline, writing and presentation
• Preparing budgets and quotations for clients (using Procim)
• Sourcing for and managingthird party suppliers
• Organising regular teammeetings
• Ensuring clear communicationwith clients
• Coaching and developingjunior team members

What you need:

• At least 10 years' experienceworking in events production
• Experience producing avariety of events - product launches, activations, press events etc
• Experience creating/managingbudgets and timelines
• Strong team management andmentoring experience
