Job summary

Simplified Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Success professional in Singapore to drive growth by identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored software and hardware solutions.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotations and contracts, collaborate with the technical team, and work toward achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or implied
• Experience in sales, preferably tech
• Strong understanding of software development and hardware integration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to communicate features and benefits.
• Understand project workflow to manage client expectations and communications.
• Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals and contracts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to product development based on client interactions and market demands.
